Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home. **We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.

We are seeking a Partner Campaign Specialist to join our growing Partner Marketing team. This role is focused on driving partner engagement and cross-sell opportunities through structured and strategic marketing campaigns. You will manage the full lifecycle of partner communications—from campaign planning and webinar execution to cross-functional coordination and performance tracking.

This is a highly collaborative role ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on planning, organizing, and driving campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute campaigns with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end campaign calendar for partner communications, aligning messaging with product and sales priorities.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of add-on products, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the logistics all partner-facing webinars, including scheduling, logistics, registration, promotional comms, and post-webinar follow-up.
  • Build and deploy multi-touch communications across email, webinar invites, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor messaging and prioritize outreach based on partner profiles and lifecycle stage.
  • Track campaign KPIs and share regular reporting and insights with internal teams.
  • Maintain partner contact records and campaign reporting dashboards within Salesforce.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or partner marketing.
    Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud—including contact segmentation, email automation, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
    Experience coordinating webinars and managing virtual event platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or partner/reseller ecosystems is a strong bonus.

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $95,000.00 and $110,000.00 depending upon experience.
