Growth Marketing Manager (Dublin, CA)

**Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home.

The Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, will be an integral member of the SavvyMoney Marketing team.You’ll be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns across search, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
• Website, SEO & SEM: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy–including technical SEO, on-page optimization, high-intent and growth-focused keyword targeting. Create, maintain, and optimize landing pages and website content using SEO best practices.
• Content & Messaging: Partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and messaging that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences. Then, amplify across digital channels.
• Growth & Analytics: Identify and test new channels and tactics. Build reports and dashboards, and track and analyze key metrics across channels. Provide insights and make recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Deep expertise in paid media, including Google, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and retargeting).
• Strong proficiency in SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to be scrappy, move quickly, test frequently, and iterate based on data and insights.
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; fluent in KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CAC and ROI.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies

• Bonus: Experience using or building with AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs).
  
  

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 and $145,000.00 depending upon experience.
