Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home. **We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.

The Partner Implementation Manager is a pivotal role centered around overseeing partner implementations from initial planning to successful launch with a strong focus on pipeline management and project tracking. Your hands-on approach and strategic guidance will be instrumental in ensuring that implementations move quickly through the implementation process to make sure launch targets are met while always providing a seamless and high quality experience for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Pipeline Management: Own the implementation pipeline by tracking, prioritizing and managing the queue of upcoming and in progress partner launches. Proactively identify roadblocks and adjust timelines as needed to keep projects on track.

Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact during implementation and delivery working alongside the Partner Manager, partners and technical contacts to ensure alignment while providing exceptional service.

Execution and Quality Assurance: Assure projects meet established standards and partner requirements. Validate all implementation steps have been completed before handing off to Partner Manager.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all required tickets and cases are created for the Partner Manager and Technical Support teams. Ensure all implementation related tasks are accurately documented and consistently updated as projects evolve.

Reporting: Report on pipeline progress to Partner Support Director and other key stakeholders. Track quarterly implementation goals and surface opportunities for pipeline movement.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline implementation workflow and improve timelines.

To be successful in this role, the Partner Implementation Manager should

  • Prioritize launching new projects end to end, from planning through execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Be a self-starter, and execute on the strategy, vision and goals provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles or project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Atlassian products, Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelors Degree required

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $100,000.00 and $125,000.00 depending upon experience.
