Product Offering:

Tokenization: Securely stores and manages payment data with a universal tokenization service.

Payment Vault: A secure storage solution for sensitive payment information.
Fraud Tools Integration: Integrates with various fraud prevention tools to enhance transaction security.
About the Role:
The Partner Growth Manager owns high-impact relationships with Spreedly’s marketplace partners, with a core focus on strategic growth planning and scalable execution. This role blends data-driven insight, partner-first thinking, and long-term planning to identify revenue opportunities and guide key organizational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist who can translate complexity into clarity. You bring a deep understanding of ecosystem partnerships, thrive in ambiguity, and design frameworks that scale. You’re not just managing partner performance—you’re anticipating what’s next.
This role is open to candidates who currently reside in Greater Montreal, Quebec, and is a hybrid role with the expectation of two days a week to be spent in a coworking space in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized recommendations by thoroughly understanding each partner's business model, market environment, and strategic goals to drive incremental growth
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies and recommendations, ensuring alignment with partners' expectations and objectives
  • Drive strategic initiatives and define metrics relevant to measuring the performance of the channel and evangelize with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze partner and market data to uncover growth patterns and white space opportunities, designing initiatives that align with Spreedly’s long-term objectives.
  • Develop and scale repeatable frameworks for enablement, co-marketing, and partner-led revenue growth across tiers.
  • Build and refine quarterly and annual growth plans that tie directly to company-level OKRs and market expansion goals.
  • Own the relationship with our senior partner stakeholders, aiming for high partner satisfaction and retention. Work with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities for marketplace partners
  • Be a trusted advisor to and develop strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor and growth consultant to partners, proactively surfacing opportunities and co-creating growth roadmaps.
  • Attend partner events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company within their merchant’s network

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce business
  • Proven track record of designing long-term growth strategies and translating them into short-term initiatives with measurable results.
  • Experience with a CRM tool (we use Salesforce) and data reporting
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive new and incremental revenue
  • Ability to evaluate multiple strategic paths and justify recommendations through structured thinking, insight, and data.
  • Track record of influencing executives and cross-functional teams with clear, forward-looking proposals rooted in strategic logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Polished presentation skills, with experience creating and presenting decks with PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, at approximately up to 25%
  • As this role will primarily collaborate with partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
