ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The passionate Senior Talent Management Specialist elevates the employee experience through expert design and facilitation, masterful coordination of learning programs, and cross-functional support of our global talent initiatives and strategy. You ensure operational excellence and collaboration across global teams by keeping systems sharp and using a data-driven approach to providing insights, resource alignment, and continuous improvement.With deep expertise in adult learning, talent development, and stakeholder engagement, you deliver thoughtful, inclusive solutions that support both individual and organizational growth. Your enthusiasm and professionalism make a lasting impression on new hires, both onsite and virtually, as you consistently model our TKWW values and elevate the employee experience.
A strong project manager and customer-centric problem solver, you are highly in tune with customer and organizational needs to proactively deliver value. Your ability to work seamlessly across regions, cultures, and perspectives allows you to bring a global mindset to everything you do.
- Design, implement, and facilitate a wide variety of workshops and trainings in various formats (i.e. online, zoom, in-person, etc.) across the organization aligned with our talent management programs and strategic initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments with key stakeholders to identify performance gaps, root causes, and recommend effective learning solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation across virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings
- Consult with stakeholders to design and implement development programs that drive engagement and performance
- Collaborate with leaders to build manager capability and foster a high-performance culture
- Partner with global and regional teams to execute learning and talent initiatives
- Evaluate development and talent program effectiveness using data and feedback; recommend improvements based on insights and outcomes
- Maintain accurate learning data, generate reports, and support annual impact reporting
- Audit and update materials across learning platforms (e.g., KnotSpot, Continu) for consistency and relevance
- Manage logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and tracking participation
- Provide technical and operational support during virtual and hybrid learning sessions
- Track, analyze, and report on training metrics via Google Sheets and Continu; share insights for continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance learning offerings
- Support ad hoc projects and complete administrative tasks as needed
- 5+ years experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development or other related fields; Bachelors degree preferred
- Prior experience developing talent management and learning solutions connected to business priorities
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning styles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach, building strong relationships throughout all levels of the organization, to understand needs and build practical solutions that drive talent results
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans that drive business impact
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS); familiarity with LumApps SaaS and Continu LMS is a plus
- Confident in facilitating group sessions, both virtually and in person
- Proficient in Google Suite and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google wouldWorkspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Works effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, adapting to changing priorities
WORK MODEL:
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
