As a Vendor Retention Marketing Senior Associate within the Vendor Marketing International team, you will play a vital role in supporting and executing retention-focused initiatives aimed at enhancing vendor engagement and loyalty across TKWW’s international markets. Reporting directly to the Vendor Retention Manager, you will help coordinate campaigns, maintain key marketing materials, and produce educational content tailored to vendors’ needs.
In this role, you will manage critical aspects of retention campaigns, including creating and updating Sales collaterals, generating educational content across various formats, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. You will also collaborate across teams to ensure campaign success and contribute to continuous innovation in retention strategies.- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of vendor retention campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Maintain and regularly update Sales collaterals, such as presentations, brochures, FAQs, and other key materials, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with brand messaging.
- Generate educational content for vendors in diverse formats, such as blog posts, guides, videos, webinars, and infographics, to support engagement and retention objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, CRM, Data Analytics, Research, and Localization, to gather inputs and deliver campaign assets on time.
- Support the creation and management of retention-focused landing pages, using tools like Unbounce, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with the Vendor Retention Manager to ensure all campaign components, such as translations, legal approvals, and asset delivery, are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage A/B testing for retention strategies, landing pages, and messaging, sharing results and recommendations with the team.
- Manage and update the Vendor Retention Campaign Calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform retention strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate TKWW’s offerings.
- Prepare regular campaign updates and status reports for the Vendor Retention Manager and other stakeholders.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative approaches to vendor retention, leveraging new formats and ideas to enhance vendor engagement.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Project Coordination, or Campaign Execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multi-market or multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven ability to maintain and update Sales collaterals and other marketing materials.
- Experience in creating educational content in multiple formats (e.g., written, visual, video).
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing landing pages using platforms such as Unbounce.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (professional proficiency or advanced level).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience using email marketing tools.
- Experience in vendor retention, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty programs in an international context.
- Knowledge of vendor engagement strategies and retention metrics.
- Experience in using analytics and visualization tools
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
