ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Systems & Tools Enablement Specialist supports vendor-facing frontline teams in executing effectively and consistently within core systems and tools. This role focuses on driving adoption, proficiency, and productive behaviors by translating defined system workflows into clear, field-ready enablement. This position does not own system configuration or administration.

Working within established enablement frameworks, this role helps identify where system usage or workflow clarity may be impacting execution and contributes to enablement programs that reinforce intended system behaviors. The Specialist partners with frontline leaders, Operations, and Enablement peers to deliver timely, practical guidance that supports consistent execution.

This role plays an important part in ensuring systems and tools are understood, applied as designed, and support frontline productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems Support & Needs Identification

  • Support the identification of common system usage challenges, workflow questions, and execution gaps by gathering feedback and reviewing system usage data
  • Stay informed on system updates, releases, and workflow changes to identify impacts to vendor-facing frontline teams and support appropriate enablement actions.

Systems Enablement Delivery

  • Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of vendor-facing frontline systems and tools enablement, including onboarding and ongoing education
  • Translate defined system workflows, processes, and changes into clear, consumable guidance using established enablement formats
  • Reinforce consistent system usage and productive behaviors aligned to intended workflows

Partnership & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations and Enablement peers to support system rollouts and updates
  • Collaborate with Customer Readiness and Product Mastery Enablement to ensure systems guidance aligns with broader change enablement
  • Serve as a resource for frontline questions related to system usage, directing teams to the appropriate materials and documentation

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on systems enablement metrics such as adoption, usage trends, and participation
  • Gather and synthesize frontline feedback to support evaluation of enablement effectiveness
  • Contribute insights and analysis to ongoing improvements of systems and tools enablement programs

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Customer Success, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting system adoption or workflow proficiency for vendor-facing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply defined processes and guidelines to practical execution scenarios
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric problem solving

  • Clear, practical communication

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
