We are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead Consumer Marketing for Matrimonio.com, our Italian market. This role is the primary owner of Consumer Marketing performance in Italy, responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

The Campaign Manager acts as the market lead within Consumer Marketing, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are localized, executed flawlessly, and aligned with both brand and business objectives. As the voice of the Italian market, this person will ensure local customer insights and business priorities are reflected across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Ownership & Leadership

  • Own Consumer Marketing performance for the Italian market (Matrimonio.com).
  • Act as the primary marketing representative for Italy in cross-functional planning and decision-making.
  • Champion local market needs and ensure they are reflected in campaign strategy and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and other business functions.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, from briefing and planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Own the Italian campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality and localization standards.
  • Coordinate campaign localization to ensure messaging resonates with the Italian audience.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing competing business priorities.

Execution & Optimization

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, within budget, and aligned with brand and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization throughout execution.
  • Apply learnings from previous campaigns to continuously improve future results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Paid Media, CRM, Social, Editorial, Creative, Product, B2B, and other marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, priorities, dependencies, and market requirements.
  • Foster collaboration to ensure seamless campaign delivery across all channels.

Business Performance & Metrics Ownership

  • Develop a strong understanding of key business metrics across the marketing funnel.
  • Monitor market performance against targets.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions to improve performance.
  • Maintain visibility into the drivers of market performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Channel Oversight

  • Maintain a holistic view of all Consumer Marketing channels, including Paid, CRM, Social, and Editorial.
  • Work closely with channel owners to ensure execution supports market objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Contribute to annual, quarterly, and campaign planning for the Italian market.
  • Support forecasting processes and ensure plans are realistic and aligned with business goals.
  • Help prioritize initiatives based on expected impact and available resources.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign and market performance.
  • Share key learnings, insights, and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and campaign improvements.

Leadership & Growth

  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Continuously develop marketing expertise and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Seek feedback and contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Italian and professional proficiency in English.
  • +4 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting business and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working in digital marketing, consumer marketing, or marketplace businesses.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels, CRM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience working with localized campaigns for the Italian market.
