As a GenAI Solutions Consultant, your primary role will be to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI (GenAI) projects. You will play a pivotal role in blending your technical skills with an in-depth understanding of GenAI trends and applications. While focusing on driving project success, you will also be instrumental in keeping our team at the forefront of GenAI advancements, sharing your learnings and insights to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the broader team.

What you will do :

  • Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop GenAI solutions, comfortably navigating our tech stack. We are using Django on the backend and React on the frontend.
  • Serve as a key resource for GenAI knowledge, leading enablement and training sessions focused on the latest developments in the field of generative AI.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective GenAI-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of GenAI projects.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on meeting business objectives through GenAI applications.
  • Document and track the progress of projects, providing updates and adapting strategies based on feedback.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact and effectiveness of GenAI solutions, seeking opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional group initiatives to address specific challenges, demonstrating the ability to bring together diverse perspectives and skill sets for effective problem-solving. This includes organizing and guiding small project teams to innovate and implement lightweight, efficient GenAI solutions in alignment with broader business goals.

Success Outcomes:

  • 1-3 Months:
  • Establish strong collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Focus on coding and advancing GenAI projects from our existing backlog, aiming for early-stage deployments.
  • Begin sharing insights on GenAI applications and technologies in informal team discussions, laying the groundwork for future enablement sessions.
  • 4-6 Months:
  • Successfully implement and deploy initial GenAI solutions, addressing key business needs.
  • Conduct structured GenAI enablement sessions, focusing on practical applications and emerging trends in GenAI to enhance team capabilities.
  • Start evaluating the impact of these solutions, refining and optimizing based on feedback.
  • 7 Months & Beyond:
  • Lead and manage multiple GenAI projects, demonstrating advanced technical expertise and strategic project management.
  • Drive the integration of GenAI solutions into broader business processes, showcasing tangible improvements in efficiency and innovation.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture within the team, regularly updating them on GenAI advancements and encouraging exploration of new applications and technologies

What you will do:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software development, preferably with Django and React.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conducting educational sessions and workshops on GenAI.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, balancing technical development with stakeholder engagement.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with, adapting to, and sharing the latest trends and advancements in generative AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments, showing flexibility, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to tackle various challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of developing efficient, lightweight solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evidence of a 'can-do' attitude, showcasing a history of taking initiative and going beyond traditional role boundaries to achieve results.
