This role focuses on process improvement, OKR execution support, operational insights, and project delivery, partnering with teams across the organization to turn priorities into outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure to complexity, elevates execution quality, and helps leadership teams stay focused on what matters most.
What You Will Do
- Leadership Cadences, Business & Board Preparation
- Own end-to-end preparation for Town Halls and other leadership forums that support running and growing the business, including content development, sequencing, and readiness.
- Prepare executive- and board-level materials, ensuring data accuracy, narrative clarity, and visuals that clearly communicate performance, priorities, and decisions.
- Partner with leaders to prepare speakers, refine messages, and ensure alignment across presenters.
- Track decisions, actions, and commitments from leadership forums; maintain visibility into follow-ups, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure underlying data, metrics, and visuals are consistent across decks, dashboards, and leadership discussions.
OKRs & Operating Rhythm Support
- Support company and functional OKR execution by tracking cascading objectives and key results across teams.
- Maintain accuracy and hygiene in the OKR system (e.g., Lattice), ensuring updates are timely, consistent, and aligned.
- Provide visibility into progress, risks, and misalignment to support leadership discussions and course correction.
- Partner with teams as needed to improve clarity, measurability, and follow-through on OKRs.
- Process Improvement & Operational Design
- Identify and prioritize cross-functional process friction (handoffs, decision points, rework, unclear ownership) that slows execution or creates unnecessary manual work.
- Lead lightweight process mapping (current state → future state) and partner with teams to implement improvements and measure impact.
- Groom high-value workflow opportunities into clear AI Ops use cases (problem statement, steps, inputs/outputs, exceptions, success criteria) for handoff to the AI Ops team.
Project & Program Support
- Provide project management support for select, high-priority initiatives.
- Help define scope, milestones, success metrics, and risks.
- Maintain progress visibility and proactively surface issues, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Operational Dashboards & Insights
- Support the development and maintenance of executive-level dashboards used in leadership and board forums.
- Partner with RevOps, Finance, and functional teams to ensure metrics are accurate, clearly defined, and decision-relevant.
- Surface insights, trends, and risks to inform leadership decision-making.
- Value Agenda & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with teams contributing to the Value Agenda to support coordination, tracking, and reporting where needed.
- Help ensure initiatives have clear objectives, owners, and progress visibility.
- Provide structured updates to leadership stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in business operations, program management, process improvement, or strategy & operations roles.
- Proven ability to prepare executive- and board-level materials that drive clarity and decisions.
- Experience supporting OKR execution and operating rhythms; familiarity with systems like Lattice strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success improving and documenting cross-functional processes.
- Strong project management skills supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Data-oriented mindset with experience working with dashboards and operational metrics.
