VBA is seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Consultant to join our rapidly growing business. This pivotal role ensures our healthcare payer clients achieve maximum value from our software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, help them maximize the value of VBA’s solutions, and ensure a positive, supportive, and impactful experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of the healthcare payer industry and a passion for delivering exceptional client service and creative solutions.
As a client advocate and advisor, you will play a key role in driving client advocacy, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring VBA consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.

What are we looking for in this position?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in TPA operations, with a strong understanding of benefit administration, claims adjudication, and related operational processes.
- 5+ years customer success, account management, or a related role within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Healthcare Technology: 2+ years of client support experience for healthcare insurance-related technology such as claims administration platforms, portals, and/or analytics platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of use cases within the healthcare and benefits administration domain.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Familiarity with Project Management platform such as Monday.com
- Familiarity with ticketing system platforms such as Zendesk
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

What will you be doing?
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their KPIs, business models, and priorities. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on utilizing VBA solutions effectively.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of VBA solutions and the healthcare payer industry, offering expert guidance to clients. Share feedback with internal teams to improve the product suite.
- Project Management: Oversee post-implementation projects, including interface requests and partner integrations. Manage iterative implementation projects for established clients.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between clients and VBA’s internal teams, ensuring client needs are understood and met promptly.
- Client Health Monitoring: Monitor client health and relationship strength. Proactively identify opportunities and provide feedback to ensure ongoing success.
- Support and Training: Provide resource support for VBA products, assisting with basic questions and training, and managing escalations with urgency and transparency.
- Status Updates and Reporting: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, monitor satisfaction, and report on open items and client success metrics.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Solution Recommendations: Understand SaaS solutions, including EDI interfaces and APIs, and recommend best practices to clients.
- All other duties as assigned.
Location: Remote
Travel: Up to 25% travel to client sites
