Implementation Project Manager
VBA
What are we looking for?
VBA is seeking an experienced and highly driven Implementation Project Manager to lead successful platform implementations for our healthcare payer clients. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating across client, vendor, and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within scope.
As the primary point of contact for platform implementations, you’ll work closely with client project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive project success. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SaaS implementations and a proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and cross-functional accountability.
We’re looking for an “A player” — someone who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and consistently drives results. You’ll be known for “finding a way,” bringing creativity and composure under pressure, and motivating others through your proactive mindset and confidence.
