Visual Lease is seeking a highly experienced top performing hunter Sales Executive, with a background in closing net new logos, resulting in being a high performing Enterprise Sales representative.
This Sales Executive will have experience selling financial applications such as an ERP, reconciliation, financial close, FP&A, with the Office of Finance, responsible for selling strategic enterprise deals to new clients who are among many of the largest companies in world, while working as a team player within the company to exceed established goals. Typically, this includes navigating other functional groups across a customer’s organization, e.g., operations, IT, transformation, etc.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in our industry, offering unique, value-added solutions and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly recurring revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
  • Identify prospects, generate interest, build pipeline, and manage effective sales-cycles.
  • Conduct effective, consultative discovery meetings with prospects to assess needs, people impacted across an enterprise, understand their work processes, and existing systems / tech stack.
  • Effectively utilize resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) to reach and identify prospects.
  • Strategic, executive-level selling in a consultative manner.
  • Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts.
  • Understanding the market and the challenges prospects face, mapping accounts key decision makers, identifying their financial & operational challenges and understanding how our solutions deliver value.
  • Accurately and effectively manage pipeline and communicate forecasting expectations to senior leadership.
  • Work in close coordination with executive management, partners, and other internal teams.
  • Stay current on market and industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Visual Lease products and solutions.
  • Provide best-in-the-business levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic selling cycles including coordination of internal resources and team members to effectively win new opportunities.
  • Engage sales opportunities with a continuous commitment to develop deals the right way and reinforce process expectations.

Skills and Competencies

  • Average of 5-7 years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field in Software sales.
  • Required to have experience selling within FinTech and the Office of Finance required.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota with enterprise deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Strong C-level presenter with progressive, proven, successful sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
  • Robust listening skills; consultative approach to understanding client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation.
  • Experience responding to RFI and RFPs (where applicable) and working with large companies to guide the RFP process.
  • Consistently maintain high levels of sales activity without management intervention; exceptional personal discipline.
  • Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease with internal and external customers, partners & alliances, and at events and seminars.
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships to aid in selling customers executives and partners is a plus.

  • Our headquarters are in Woodbridge, NJ, but we are happy to consider remote candidates in the following states: AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, and WA.
  • The pay range for this position is $120,000– $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Band Transparency Act.
