Location:
The position is based in our office within the Financial District of Hyderabad, India.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategize and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
· 12+ years progressive HR leadership
· Enhance employee relations by addressing their concerns and fostering a supportive environment.
· Oversee the recruitment process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
· Manage performance review processes to encourage excellence.
· Administer compensation and benefits plans effectively.
· Identify and address training needs, managing the implementation of training programs.
· Utilize HR metrics for decision support and report to the management team.
· Ensure all HR activities comply with legal standards.
· Handle daily office administrative tasks.
· Work closely with various teams to boost operational efficiency.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
· A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with preferably from a premier School.
· Demonstrable experience in HR, showcasing a track record of increased responsibility and effective team management.
· A results-oriented, people-focused approach, committed to enhancing workplace relations.
· Proficiency in HR metrics, systems, and a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
· Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to develop HR strategies that support overarching company goals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective company-wide engagement.
· Skillful in managing relationships across different organizational functions.
· Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliant HR operations.
· Strong coordination with the US HR leadership and other C-suite.
· Must be from software industry and preferably from a product based company and have handled a base of 100 employees or more.
