Our EMEA customer base and team has been growing significantly over the past few years, and we’re looking for marketer to supercharge this growth through a mix of field events, partner co-marketing plays, and account-based tactics. The exact mix? That’s up to you! We’re looking for someone who thrives with autonomy and loves both strategy and execution
You’ll work closely with our EMEA Partner Manager, EMEA Sales Director, and Global Events Manager as well as cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product to design scalable marketing programs to drive growth in the EMEA region.
What we value
- Collaboration over silos. You thrive on working across teams, building trust, and making partners feel like part of the crew.
- Data with heart. You use analytics to tell stories and drive decisions — not just to report numbers.
- Bias for action. You’re comfortable testing, iterating, and improving fast rather than waiting for perfect.
- Clear communication. You simplify complexity and make everyone around you more effective.
- Growth mindset. You see ambiguity as opportunity and are energized by building new things from scratch.
Some things you'll do
- Plan and execute region-specific campaigns aimed at target accounts in UK&I, Nordics, Benelux, France, Germany, and Dubai
- Facilitate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns via channels like personalized content, gifting, direct mail, and more.
- Launch co-marketing partner campaigns with technology and agency partners centered around our “better together” stories
- Leverage tactics like SPIFFs, co-selling, and account mapping to increase opportunities sourced via our already robust network of 500+ agency partners
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales and partnership teams to turn intent signals and feedback into new experiments that help drive new pipeline and revenue
- Facilitate EMEA field events, conference sponsorships, and webinars in collaboration with the events and content teams
What success looks like
- Pipeline impact: Key contributor to $31M EMEA 2026 sales pipeline goal (avg. deal size ~$25k)
- Regional optimization: Successful launch of localized EMEA marketing programs.
- Build repeatability: Launch experiments and convert the successful ones into “always-on” tactics
About you
You’re a data-driven marketer who thrives on building programs from scratch and seeing them scale. You love the variety managing a mix of marketing plays and know how to prioritize your time to maximize growth. All the while, you love collaborating across teams to make it happen.

- Experience managing a mix of marketing channels, like email, gifting, direct mail, webinar, events, and partnerhips
- Creative thinking in launching ABM campaigns that break through the noise
- Knowledgeable and experienced using marketing, sales, and ABM tools like Salesforce, Customer.io, Hubspot, Marketo, Usergems, Zoominfo, and/or Salesloft.
- Pre-existing partner relationships in the MarTech space are a plus, or has a playbook for establishing and immersing yourself in this vertical
- Knowledgeable and experienced using partner software tools like Partnerstack/Kiflo and Crossbeam
- ROI and metrics-driven - ability to create, analyze, and iterate based on data
- Growth mindset and self-motivated; comfortable building programs from scratch
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive demand and sales performance.
