Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Assistant to join our operational support team on a contractor basis. In this role, you'll carry out structured, repetitive data tasks that keep our platform accurate and usable at scale - think cleanup, standardization, and quality assurance rather than research or discovery. You'll work remotely as part of a global team, with clear processes and accountability.

Format: Remote
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week expected based on project scope

Responsibilities

• Process, standardize, and clean data according to established rules and guidelines
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Clean up and correct contact records, property listings, email addresses, and social media links
• Execute structured data tasks within set deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Flag inconsistencies or errors to the team lead
• Follow documented processes with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and throughput

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry, data cleaning, or back-office operations is a plus
